Catalina McGregor, United Nations Agency ITUT Liaison Officer OECD and ECMrs McGregor was named by Computer Weekly as one of the most significant drivers of Green ICT in the western world. She is The United Nations Agency ITU T JCA Green ICT Liaison Officer to the OECD, EC and EU uniting efforts to promote and sustain International cooperation, best practice and standards.  She works with a number of International climate change and environmental groups including Global Action Plan European Leaders in IT (ELIT), The US EPEAT Green Electronics Council and the UK WEEE Directive sub group for the re-use and resale of electronic goods among other interests.

She is best known in the UK as The Founder of Her Majesty’s Government Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Chief Technology Officers (CTO) Council Green ICT Delivery Unit. She has served served three consecutive appointments to the Ministry of Defence CIOs Office, JSC DSA and DCSA DFN. Prior to the MoD she was Director Central Government Departments for a Dept. of Trade and Industry (BIS today) initiative called The National Aggregation Board (NAB). She has a private sector IT background and was formerly Head of e-business and e-commerce for Richemont Luxury Group owners of a vast international investment portfolio.
