James Hayes is IT Editor of Engineering & Technology magazine, and regularly covers green IT issues. He has been an IT and business journalist for over 20 years, and previous edited the publications Information Professional, Network News, Communications News, Datacom, and the broadband portal DSL Times.
He was Executive Editor of the global telecoms titles Mobile Communications International, Wireless America, and MobileCommsAsia. Hayes has worked as an editorial consultant and media trainer, and is the author of several reports about enterprise IT management. He also produces online videos for E&T Video and IET.tv.
