John Killey, Head of Reality Services EMEA, Citigroup

John KilleyJohn Killey is Managing Director and Head of Citi Realty Services managing Citi’s portfolio of over 11.5 million square feet, in 1221 properties in the 56 countries of  Europe, Middle East and Africa.  In addition John is the co head of the Citi Realty Services Global Sustainability Group which is managing CRS’s efforts in sustainable real estate management.

John joined Citi in 1995 as Head of Building Operations (Asset Management) for the UK business, moving on to manage the CRS organisation in Europe before taking responsibility for the whole of EMEA in 2006.  During his time with Citi he has been involved in a number of high profile projects including the design and construction of Citigroup Centre in London, the Dublin HQ building at North Wall Quay in Dublin, the Riverdale Data Centre in London and most recently on the Platinum award winning Regional data centre in Frankfurt.

John has extensive experience of the Commercial Property and Building Services industries having spent a number of years as a contractor, Independent Consultant and as a client representative for a number of blue chip and Government organisations.

John has an honours degree in mechanical engineering and is a chartered building services engineer.
